No action is required on your part. You should have already received a welcome email from Peachjar that includes a username and password. This is provided to give you the opportunity to manage your account and flyer delivery preferences. You do not need to login to receive or view eflyers. You can opt out of receiving emails at any time, or select the frequency of email notifications. The flyers can always be viewed by clicking on the Peachjar button on your school's website.


To ensure smooth delivery of this communication, we suggest you add “school@peachjar.com” to your email contacts. Note: add “school@peachjar.com” to your contact list just as written; do not change it to the name of your school @peachjar.com. When you receive your first eflyer, be sure to click “always display images.”

 

This system is used exclusively for distribution of school-approved flyers. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose. If you need additional technical support, you can contact Peachjar here or call them at (877) 402-1786.

Enrichment Providers/Community Organizations

Our district cooperates with community groups and organizations that sponsor activities of an educational/enrichment nature for students by distributing materials electronically via
Peachjar. As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have transitioned from paper to electronic flyer delivery. To request flyer approval, follow the steps below. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to all parents and posted online. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed.

 

Visit www.peachjar.com

Register as an Enrichment Provider (account type).

Upload your flyer for approval.

Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district office.

District staff will review the material and approve or deny based on the standards below. Peachjar charges a fee for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and

deliver paper flyers to each school.

 

Baldwin Park Unified School District REQUIREMENTS IF APPROVAL IS GRANTED for distribution of materials are under the following guidelines: (Updated 2017)

 

 

1. Must support BPUSD students, teachers and/or BPUSD schools 
Example: Offer scholarships, discounts, PTA, School, or AEF donations, etc. Simply offering a service or enrichment program is not sufficient. Also, must provide documentation of support being offered. ‚Äč

2. Within Baldwin Park USD boundaries

3. A copy of Proof of Non-Profit status – Form # 501-C

4. Disclaimer: BPUSD does not endorse/support program

5. A copy of material you wish to distribute

6. Money is not to be collected in the schools

7. Youth  programs

8. Exceptions made for non-Baldwin Park and for-profit businesses who demonstrate direct and significant support to BPUSD students or schools.


When submitting flyers please note how your organization supports BPUSD students or schools in the note section and email your documentation to ljsullivan199@bpusd.net. Also note if you have spoken with anyone and have received verbal approval.

 

BPUSD does not disseminate information to schools/students regarding programs sponsored by church and/or religious organizations. Non-religious groups/affiliated groups that rent space but are separate from religious/church organization and provide services within Baldwin Park may be considered for approval.
